Finished the English wheel rollers.

Been pretty busy lately. Nonetheless, here’s a couple of quick photos of one of the rollers. At this point, they’ve been heat treated, post-machined and mounted on the shafts that I turned up ages ago.

They’re made out of EN36A and case hardened to a depth of about 1mm. The heat treaters estimate they’re about 59 rockwell C. The circlip grooves were too tight- next time, I’ll oversize them.

Not much more comment at the moment, unfortunately.
